Once you purchase, we'll send you a simple onboarding questionnaire to collect everything we need, including your business information, branding, contact details, photos, and content. Once we receive everything, we'll build your website, prepare it for review, and get it ready for launch.

A revision round means client feedback submitted as a single, consolidated list. Requests for new pages, new features, or full layout changes are not included in revision rounds and will be quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for providing logos, photos, and website content unless content creation has been included as part of the project. Client warrants that all submitted content and images are owned by or licensed to the client; Source IE is not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Hosting includes secure web hosting, SSL certificates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and server maintenance. Ongoing content updates, design changes, and additional development are available separately. If a client cancels hosting or transfers to another provider, a site export or transfer fee may apply.

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. If a project is cancelled after work has started, remaining fees are due for work completed to date.
Written approval is required before a site goes live. Requests made after launch approval are treated as new work and quoted separately.
If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to missing client content or feedback, the project will be paused and may require a new deposit to resume.
All work is guaranteed for 14 days after launch for bugs or errors. Content edits, redesigns, or new features after that window are billed separately or covered under a maintenance plan.
